Telling the truth is important for getting the job. The interviewer does many interviews. They can tell if you lie. If you try to tell the a lie, it will be exposed at some point. so I strongly(highly) recommend to tell the truth and your real character and don’t embellish the story.

+) Even if it makes you look bad, it's better to tell an inconvenient truth in an interview.

+) you should show that person your real character

+) if you embellish your skills, you might end up being held to an unreasonble standard after you get the job.

I think investing in real estate is good for keeping your assets because as inflation hedges, property retains the value when the bad economy dips(v). Also real estate can use the physical area to for living and to give physical space to your family.  Real estate spends a lot of cost money (costs a lot of money) to trade. So you have to keep for a long time so you can invest during for a long time (during a long period). So after 10 years, if this real estate appreciates in value, it will at least double(v).

A3.

I think cities need a park to kids can have a place to play or exercise. Also there are a lot of trees in parks, so it  helps clear the condition of the air so we can breath fresh air. Also, the park is the most important infrastructure to real estate. So if some real estate is near the park, that real estate’s value can appreciate during for a long time. If there is not(no) a park, there can be a pollution problem which can cause children to be unhealthy.
